Prior to when I started my homelab in January 2023 I used to rent dozens of servers in the cloud (AWS/Linode/Vultr) to host my infrastructure however I decided to make the switch and since then my home lab has grown significantly. This personal project has been a massive learning curve of my technical journey, providing an environment for hands-on learning and experimentation.
Within my home lab, I use a range of Linux distros as well as Windows 10/11 and servers further to this I have configured my firewall, set up access points, fine-tuning my servers, and deploying various services all of which is semi-automated and secured appropriately.
